We offer three possible ways to lean Mindfulness.

Learn Mindfulness in One to One Sessions:

Have hourly sessions with us at your own pace.

We offer a free 30 minute session to get to know a little more about Mindfulness and how we teach it.
1 session – £40
3 sessions – £110
6 sessions – £200

Introduction to Mindfulness (6 Individual Sessions)

Meeting once a week for 60 minutes together we experientially learn how to be practice Mindfulness. At the end of the six weeks you will be a confident in Mindfulness, you will know how to practice Mindfulness meditation, and how  to integrate Mindfulness into your life.
